Hydra Vulture, also known as Frankie Zito, is a character appearing in Marvel Comics. He is a villain, a technologically enhanced operative affiliated with the terrorist organization Hydra.
Zito's origin is tied to Hydra's experimentation and manipulation of pre-existing technology. He was given a version of the Vulture's flight harness, adapted and enhanced by Hydra's scientists. This granted him flight capabilities and enhanced strength.
