Takeshi Gouda, commonly known as Gian, is a major character in the popular manga and anime series Doraemon. He first appeared in the inaugural Doraemon chapter in December 1969.

Gian is portrayed as the neighborhood bully, known for his physical strength and tendency to steal other children's belongings, especially Nobita's. He has a signature haircut and a stocky build. While often selfish and aggressive, Gian possesses a strong sense of loyalty to his friends and will readily defend them when they are in trouble.

Despite his tough exterior, Gian aspires to be a great singer, although his singing is notoriously terrible. He forces others to attend his recitals, causing considerable discomfort to his unwilling audience. Gian's complex personality makes him a memorable and often humorous part of the Doraemon ensemble.
