Biography:
Daken, also known as Akihiro, is a Marvel Comics character affiliated with the X-Men. He is the illegitimate son of Wolverine and his Japanese wife Itsu.
He was rescued from his deceased mother's womb by Romulus, who raised him to be a weapon against his father. Daken possesses mutant abilities similar to Wolverine, including enhanced healing, heightened senses, and retractable bone claws. However, unlike Wolverine's claws, Daken's claws are located on his wrists.
Daken is often portrayed as morally ambiguous and conflicted, struggling with his upbringing and his relationship with Wolverine. His first appearance was in *Wolverine: Origins* #1 in 2006.
