Even Piell was a male Jedi Master from the planet Lannik, distinguished by his pointed ears and weathered face, earned through years of combat and service to the Republic. He was known for his strategic brilliance and combat prowess, particularly his expertise in lightsaber dueling.

Piell served as a General in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. His deep knowledge of the Outer Rim territories and hyperspace lanes proved invaluable to the Republic war effort, making him a highly sought-after commander. He often collaborated with other Jedi Masters, like Adi Gallia, on crucial missions.

A defining moment in Piell's life was his capture by the Separatists. He was imprisoned in the Citadel, a Separatist fortress known for its impenetrable defenses. He was eventually rescued by a Jedi task force consisting of Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and others, in a daring raid. Sadly, he died during the escape, sacrificing himself to secure the team's survival against Separatist forces.
