Biography:

Amélie Lacroix, known as Widowmaker, is a fictional character from the 2016 video game Overwatch.

Once the wife of Gérard Lacroix, an Overwatch agent targeting the terrorist organization Talon, Amélie was kidnapped and brainwashed by Talon. This process suppressed her personality, slowed her heart, and turned her skin blue. She was then turned into a sleeper agent, and eventually assassinated her husband.

Now a highly skilled assassin for Talon, Widowmaker feels little emotion and finds satisfaction only in the kill. She wields a sniper rifle called Widow's Kiss and is known for her grappling hook, allowing her to reach strategic vantage points.
