Crimson Viper, codenamed Maya, is a character from the Street Fighter video game series, first appearing in Street Fighter IV.

Viper works as a double agent, employed by both S.I.N. and the CIA, though her true allegiance remains ambiguous throughout the series. She is known for her unique fighting style that incorporates technology into traditional martial arts. She wears a battle suit equipped with electrical and pyrotechnic devices.

She is a skilled combatant, able to use seismic blasts and fireballs generated from her suit to attack her opponents.

While outwardly appearing as a cold and calculating professional, Viper also has a more human side. It is revealed that she is a mother and her actions are often motivated by a desire to protect her daughter, Lauren. This facet adds depth to her character, moving beyond a simple mercenary.
