American Dream, also known as Shannon Carter, is a fictional superhero appearing in Marvel Comics. She is the niece of Sharon Carter, also known as Agent 13, and the grand-niece of Peggy Carter, Captain America's wartime love interest.
Born in an alternate future timeline, Shannon inherited a version of Captain America's Super-Soldier Serum from her ancestor Peggy. This grants her enhanced strength, agility, stamina, and reflexes, though not to the same degree as Captain America.
