Biography:
Julian Albert, portrayed by Tom Felton, is a character introduced in the third season of The Flash, part of The CW's Arrowverse. He first appears in "Flashpoint" (2016) as a CSI technician working alongside Barry Allen at the Central City Police Department.
Initially, Julian is portrayed as somewhat arrogant and dismissive of Barry, creating friction within the team. However, his backstory is gradually revealed, including his expertise in alchemy and metahuman physiology. He is eventually revealed to be the alter ego "Alchemy," serving Savitar.
Under Savitar's influence, Julian empowers several metahumans, creating chaos in Central City. After his control by Savitar is broken, he attempts to atone for his actions and becomes an ally to Team Flash. He ultimately leaves Central City to return to England.
