Perfect Cell is a bio-android from the Dragon Ball Z anime series. He was created by Dr. Gero using cells from various powerful fighters, including Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, and King Cold. His ultimate goal is to achieve the "perfect" form by absorbing Androids 17 and 18.

Cell goes through multiple transformations as he progresses towards his perfect form. He first appears as an imperfect being, resembling a grotesque insectoid creature. After absorbing Android 17, he reaches his Semi-Perfect form.

Finally, upon absorbing Android 18, Cell achieves his Perfect Form, becoming a humanoid figure with enhanced strength, speed, and abilities. This is the Cell that battles Goku and Gohan in the Cell Games Saga, the climax of his story arc.
