Forge is a mutant character from Marvel Comics, known for his exceptional technological abilities. A Native American with Cheyenne heritage, Forge possesses the mutant power of intuitive invention. This allows him to instinctively understand and create technology far beyond the scope of normal human understanding.
He first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #184 (August 1984). Forge's abilities extend to being able to visually see the mechanics of complex systems. He is often portrayed as a skilled inventor and engineer, creating advanced weaponry and devices for the X-Men and other organizations.
Due to his mutant powers, Forge has been involved in events that drastically impacted the X-Men, having been manipulated into stripping Storm of her powers.
