Bubbles is one of the three main characters in the Cartoon Network animated series, The Powerpuff Girls. She first appeared in the pilot episode "Meat Fuzzy Lumkins" in 1998.

Created by Professor Utonium in a lab accident involving sugar, spice, everything nice, and Chemical X, Bubbles is known for her gentle and innocent nature. She is often depicted as the sweetest and most sensitive of the three sisters.

Bubbles possesses superpowers similar to her sisters Blossom and Buttercup, including flight, super strength, and energy projection. She also has the unique ability to communicate with animals.

Her signature color is blue, and she often wears her blonde hair in pigtails. Voiced by Tara Strong, Bubbles is a beloved character recognized for her kindness and optimism.
