Ethan James is the Blue Dino Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Thunder, which premiered in 2004. He is portrayed by actor Kevin Duhaney.

Ethan, initially a gifted but somewhat insecure high school student, gains his powers after finding a Dino Gem. This gem grants him the ability to morph into the Blue Ranger, granting him enhanced strength, agility, and control over the Tricera Shield.

The Power Rangers Dino Thunder series is an adaptation of the Super Sentai series, Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger, where the Blue Ranger equivalent is known as AbareBlue. While the storylines share similarities, the character of Ethan James is unique to the Power Rangers adaptation.
