Jubilation Lee, better known as Jubilee, is a mutant character affiliated with the X-Men in Marvel Comics.
She first appeared in *Uncanny X-Men* #244 (May 1989).
Jubilee possesses the mutant ability to generate energy plasmoids, which she calls "fireworks." These can be used for a variety of effects, from dazzling light displays to concussive blasts.
Initially a mall rat and orphaned teenager, Jubilee found refuge with the X-Men, becoming a junior member and sidekick to Wolverine.
Over the years, she has evolved from a supporting character to a capable mutant in her own right, demonstrating her courage and resourcefulness in various X-Men storylines.
