Scavenger is a Decepticon Constructicon from the Transformers franchise. He is a component of the combiner robot Devastator, forming the right arm.

Scavenger's primary function is as a mining and excavation specialist. He is known for his insatiable appetite for raw materials and his tendency to unearth ancient or powerful artifacts, often unintentionally creating trouble for his fellow Decepticons. His alternate mode is a yellow excavator.

In terms of personality, Scavenger is often portrayed as somewhat obsessive and easily distracted by the prospect of finding valuable resources. While loyal to the Decepticon cause, his single-minded focus can sometimes make him unpredictable and difficult to control.

Scavenger has appeared in various Transformers iterations, including the original Generation 1 cartoon and comic series, as well as subsequent reboots and continuities. His role and personality remain relatively consistent across these different versions.
