Brion is the younger brother of Terra, a complex and ultimately tragic figure. His origin involves scientific experimentation conducted by Dr. Helga Jace, which granted him the power to control earth-based elements.
Geo-Force is a founding member of the Outsiders, a superhero team formed by Batman to tackle threats outside the scope of traditional law enforcement. His powers include geokinesis (manipulating earth), enhanced strength, and limited flight capabilities.
