Unlike many flamboyant Cobra operatives, Big Boa is a stoic and disciplined individual. He eschews advanced weaponry in favor of hand-to-hand combat and a brutal, no-nonsense approach to training.

His training regimen is infamous for its harshness, employing electrified obstacle courses and pressure chambers to push recruits to their breaking points. Only those deemed worthy are permitted to join Cobra's ranks.
