G.I. Joe

Shockwave is a fictional character in the G.I. Joe universe, primarily appearing in the DiC animated series. He serves Cobra as a demolitions expert and saboteur.

Little is known about Shockwave's background before joining Cobra. His defining characteristic is his proficiency with explosives and his willingness to use them without hesitation. He's often depicted planting bombs and causing widespread destruction in Cobra's schemes.

Unlike many Cobra operatives, Shockwave doesn't possess any advanced technological enhancements or specialized training beyond his explosives expertise. He is a straightforward, albeit dangerous, grunt in Cobra's ranks.

Shockwave's portrayal is generally consistent: a loyal, competent, and destructive member of Cobra's forces. While not a central character, he consistently represents the destructive capabilities Cobra is willing to unleash.
