Sugi was a skilled and resourceful female Zabrak bounty hunter operating during the Clone Wars. She led a small band of mercenaries, often taking on jobs for the highest bidder, regardless of affiliation.

Sugi demonstrated exceptional combat prowess, particularly with her signature weapon: a modified sniper rifle. She was also adept in hand-to-hand combat and piloting various vehicles.

One of her notable missions involved protecting a group of farmers on Felucia from Hondo Ohnaka's pirates. She and her crew trained the farmers in combat and, with the unexpected assistance of Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, successfully defended the settlement.

Sugi's motivations were primarily driven by profit, but she often displayed a sense of honor and a willingness to protect those in need, especially when her own interests aligned with doing so. She represented a morally grey character in the Star Wars universe.
